different variations to suit your skill level.
This is a perfect open level class suitable for clients who have done reformer Pilates before. Focusing on body movement & building strength while incorporating the use of our reformer beds, props & weights.

Yin Yoga is a deeply nourishing and relaxing practice for the body. mind and nervous system. Utilizing passive stretching and longer holds, Yin Yoga focuses on nourishing and releasing the connective tissues (fascia) of the body. It is a beautiful practice to compliment your Pilates routine and create space to unwind, turn inwards and find stillness.
Build strength, stability & flexibility using just your body & breath. This mat - based class focuses on core control, posture and flowing movements to help you feel stronger, more balanced & energized. Suitable for all levels.
